We are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with within a 30 day period of receiving them for a different item or different size, provided that the original piece is in original condition. We can also give you store credit for a later date if that works better for you. Purchases made on sale days are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
We suggest all items being shipped to us use a trackable mail service. We want you to be happy, so email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you figure it out.
My ring is broken or damaged - can I get a replacement?
We will replace a damaged or broken piece up to 6 months from the date you receive it. We are big on quality control. Every piece is handmade and inspected by our team to ensure the that only the highest quality items make it to you.
Keep it right, keep it tight. Try to keep your jewels away from water, heavy perfumes or mosh pits.
